Emtech will provide all of our customers with First-Class, postage paid labels and/or boxes at NO CHARGE to be used to send your earpiece orders to our lab for processing.

There are two convenient ways to get the shipping labels you need:

All accessories and supplies are shipped from our laboratory. Unless otherwise requested, all suppies & accessories are shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service. Shipping charges are added to all supply & accessory orders.

Returns
If you choose to send your remake order or return-for-credit mold back to Emtech, there will be a freight charge. You must use our preprinted shipping labels. You can request them using this form above.
